The terms of the participation for the plainpicture contest organized by plainpicture Ltd. ("plainpicture") is determined by the followings, to which participants shall agree.
Every adult is eligible to participate. Closing date for entries is 03.12.2018.
The determination of winnings takes place by lot. Participation in the raffle is possible in three different ways: a) by sending an email to "london@plainpicture.com" with the subject "subject „X-MAS PAPER“" b) by commenting on a particular post on facebook. c) by commenting on a particular post on instagram. A participation to the plainpicture contest validates the authorization for the publication of the winner's name on the different plainpicture websites (www.plainpicture.de, plainpicture.com und plainpicture.fr), related subsites, facebook, twitter and on instagram.
plainpicture holds the right to stop the contest without prior notice at any time. The announcement of the winner is not binding. The participation to the contest is not bound to any purchase or utilization of services. Court jurisdiction is Hamburg. Legal action is not permitted.
